Our Christian Resort provides more than a 'place to go,' but a place to get away from the world, a place to come and enjoy the presence of God with family, friends, schools and church groups of all sizes. Remember us in the future for your church retreats... We welcome all Christian church groups to our retreat in Big Bear lake, California and have enjoyed hosting Jewish and Muslim as well many 100's of Christian church school groups. Golden Bear Cottages has a special discounted offer to church groups for your group events and retreats. As a Christian family resort and conference center, we have both indoor and outdoor meeting facilities. We can offer you wonderful deals in the off-season. Your men's, women's, or youth group can stay for 1/2 the regular low off-season rate Sunday through Thursday in the Spring and in the Fall for your planning retreats and study retreats. We have 29 private cabins on our 6 acre resort, some as large as six bedrooms and a rustic meeting room that accommodate a group as large as 75 persons indoors. So we are sure to have a cabin the right size for your group. Did you know that we are the only 4 season resort cabin property with a large rustic meeting room with a fireplace. It will seat up to 75 persons. We also have a large heated pool and spa for your group's use in the Spring, Summer and Fall.
