Spring snow at Golden Bear Cottages

10 inches of new snow fell overnight, bringing the two day storm total to 13 inches! The weekend is looking fabulous with new snow, sunny skies, and temps in the low 50's!
Snow Summit is open daily through April 25th and Bear Mountain is closed for the 2009-2010 ski and snowboard season. Bear Mountain Season Passes are valid at Snow Summit. The type of season pass still applies to the Snow Summit offer. Snow Summit's Chairs 2, 7 & 8 are open giving guests access to nearly the entire mountain with the exception of the Family Park runs which are closed.

Sunday April 25th is Snow Summit's last scheduled day of operations, and could open next weekend if we receive a substantial amount of snowfall from the next forecasted storm. We'll watch the weather and make an announcement later in the week. Bear Mountain is closed. Bear Mountain Season Passes are valid at Snow Summit. The type of season pass still applies to the Snow Summit offer. Come celebrate an epic season with us on the slopes.

This is our last shot for fresh snow at the ski resorts during this season. After that, we see mostly sunny skies with some brief breaks of cooling and clouds, plus maybe only light snow during these breaks for the rest of April, but ski resorts will be closed.
